🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

• Custom items: Returns are not accepted on custom-made products.

• Standard items: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided items are:

  • In new, unused condition

  • Returned in their original packaging

  • Suitable for resale

• A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Any original shipping and handling charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

• Acceptance of returns and issuance of refunds are at the sole discretion of the seller.
