If you choose a shipping method without insurance and your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, you accept full responsibility for the loss.

If you select an insured shipping method and your package is lost or damaged, I will gladly work with you to re-ship your order or refund the cost of the lost or damaged product, as appropriate.
🌍 International Orders

International packages are often handed off to local carriers, and tracking may stop updating once it leaves the originating carrier.
