📬 Shipping, Loss & Damage

  • We carefully package every order and ship promptly, but once a package leaves our hands, it is ultimately in the care of the shipping carrier.

  • If you choose a shipping method without insurance and your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, you accept full responsibility for the loss.

  • If you select an insured shipping method and your package is lost or damaged, I will gladly work with you to re-ship your order or refund the cost of the lost or damaged product, as appropriate.


🌍 International Orders

  • International packages are often handed off to local carriers, and tracking may stop updating once it leaves the originating carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.
