HOT HEAD BEAD

The Hot Head is a smooth bead that has no cuts around the circumference like the Geared or Threadhead designs—just smooth lines, clean curves, and a simple design that looks damn good on all kinds of EDC gear.

Specifications:

- 9/16” OD × 1/4” ID × 1/2” long

- 1/4” hole is large enough for two pieces of paracord or leather lanyard

- All edges are chamfered for a smooth, comfortable feel

- Comes with a piece of untied custom paracord

MATERIAL OPTIONS

• BRASS

Solid 360 brass with a warm, natural finish that develops its own patina over time. Brass is non-magnetic and won’t stick to our breakaway magnets.

• ULTEM — A tough, lightweight high-performance polymer with a distinctive amber/golden color, made for serious everyday EDC without the weight of metal.

• DELRIN

A tough, lightweight acetal homopolymer that’s built for everyday use without adding unnecessary weight.

• TITANIUM

• Standard Titanium — Solid titanium with a clean, natural finish. Lightweight, strong, durable, and ready for everyday EDC.
• Anodized Titanium — Solid titanium anodized in-house to create a range of awesome colors without paint or a coating. Each piece can have its own unique color variation and character. Check out our photos to see the available color options!

• TIMASCUS

This is where things get weird—in the best way. Timascus is a layered titanium material created by forging different titanium alloys together into a solid billet, then machining it to reveal the layers and patterns inside. Every piece has its own unique pattern, color variation, and character, so no two Timascus Hot Heads will look exactly alike.

The layered pattern can range from deep blues and purples to bronze, gold, and other wild color shifts depending on the material and finish. Basically, the bead is showing off the work that went into making it.

• BUILT FOR EDC

The Hot Head is great for lanyards on key fobs, knives, flashlights, zipper pulls, keychains, and pretty much anything else you can think of attaching one to.
